We do not require a live video or phone call to perform the energy work. 1. Booking Confirmation and Preparation Booking Confirmation: Upon successfully booking and submitting payment for your session through our website, you will receive an automatic confirmation email detailing your service, appointment time, and any required preparation (such as intake forms, if applicable). Initial Client Communication: Following your booking, you will receive a personalized email from Shirley McClane. This email will confirm the next steps, clarify any required information needed to start the session, and serve as the primary channel for communication regarding your service. Questions and Process Discussion: If you have any questions about the process, the information requested, or the Emotion Code method, please reply directly to this initial email.
