Refund & Cancelation Policy

For FireFly Healing (Shirley McClane, CECP)

 

1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

 

We understand that scheduling conflicts arise. To ensure fairness and manage our scheduling effectively, we adhere to the following cancellation policy:

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Window: Clients may cancel a scheduled session for a full refund of the appointment fee, provided the cancellation request is received at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled session start time.

2. No Refunds for Services Rendered

 

By purchasing a service from FireFly Healing, you are reserving the Practitioner's time, expertise, and energy. Our policy regarding completed services is as follows:

  • Final Sale After Service: Due to the energetic, non-physical nature of The Emotion Code® work and the time dedicated to your session, FireFly Healing does not offer refunds once a service has been rendered, completed, or started.

  • Energy Work Disclaimer: Energy healing is a supportive modality and not an exact science. Results can vary, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Therefore, dissatisfaction with the outcome of a completed session does not qualify for a refund.

 

3. How to Request a Cancellation and Refund

 

To request a cancellation and refund (if eligible under the 24-hour window):

  1. Please notify us immediately via email at FireFlyHealing1111@gmail.com.

  2. Include your Name, Date of Appointment, and Time of Appointment in the request.

  3. Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

 

4. Client Satisfaction and Feedback

 

We are committed to providing the highest quality of service. Your satisfaction and well-being are important to us.

  • Immediate Feedback Encouraged: If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your session or experience for any reason, please reach out to Shirley McClane immediately upon the completion of the service.

  • Discussion and Resolution: We welcome open discussion about your concerns and feedback. We will promptly address your communication to discuss the issue, clarify any misunderstandings about the energy work, and explore possible constructive solutions, though a refund will not be part of the resolution for completed services.
