What Exactly is the Heart-Wall?
The Heart-Wall is not a metaphorical barrier; it is a literal energetic barrier constructed by your own subconscious mind. When you experience prolonged emotional stress, difficulty, or heartbreak, your body builds a protective shield around your heart using the energy of Trapped Emotions (like Sadness, Fear, or Abandonment) as the building blocks.
While this wall is created with the positive intention of protecting you from future pain, it often acts like a powerful energetic dampener, unintentionally blocking the very feelings you crave:

Your Heart-Wall Clearing Session
Our Heart-Wall clearing process is always safe, simple, and noninvasive. As sessions are performed remotely via email, you can relax in the comfort of your own space.
During a typical Heart-Wall focused session with FireFly Healing, here is what you can expect:
Muscle Testing & Connection: I connect to your energy field using muscle testing (applied kinesiology) to communicate with your subconscious mind.
Identifying Emotions: We identify which specific Trapped Emotions are forming the layers of your Heart-Wall. We work on one emotion at a time.
Releasing the Energy: Using focused intention and magnetic energy, I release the trapped emotion from your body.
Confirmation: The subconscious confirms that the emotion has been successfully cleared before we move on to the next one.
The entire process is dictated by your subconscious—we only release what is ready to be released!
How Many Sessions Does It Take?
The Heart-Wall is like a layered structure, and the subconscious mind determines the pace of its removal.
A complex or long-standing Heart-Wall typically takes about three to five sessions to fully clear.
Some smaller Heart-Walls may clear in a single session, while others may require more, depending on your body's energetic sensitivity and the complexity of the emotions involved.
What to Feel and How to Process
It is completely normal to experience a wide range of sensations as your energetic landscape shifts. During the session and after the session, there are common experiences to expect.
During the Session - A feeling of deep calmness or relief, tingling or warmth as energy shifts, spontaneous laughter, or the urge to stretch
After the Session (Processing) - Temporary emotional or physical discomfort (known as processing), feeling tired or sensitive, and a sense of being reflective or introspective.
The processing period typically lasts one to three days as your body integrates the new energetic balance.
